About The Position

Fish Window Cleaning has served homes and businesses across the Birmingham metro since 2018, and we're hiring 1–2 new team members. No background in the trade required — just a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. No squeegee skills. No degree. No certifications. Show up ready to work, and we'll teach you the rest. A day on the job Cleaning windows, screens, and tracks at residential and small commercial properties. Most work is ground-level; occasional ladder use, which we'll fully train you on. Travel to job sites in a company vehicle. Interacting with customers and wrapping up each job with a clean, finished result.

Requirements

Valid driver's license with a clean-ish driving record
Willing to work on a ladder occasionally
Able to lift roughly 50 lbs and stay on your feet throughout the day
Reliable and punctual
18 years or older
Reliable transportation
Proof of insurance
