About The Position

Sunbelt Home Solutions is a rapidly expanding exterior home improvement company in Florida, focusing on impact-rated windows and doors, Texcote® Coolwall® coatings, and energy-efficient upgrades. We are seeking skilled, English-speaking installation crews who are dedicated to quality craftsmanship and professionalism. Our crews will handle projects across the Greater Tampa Bay area, extending to The Villages. We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented partners committed to delivering top-tier results.

Requirements

Proven experience in residential window & door installation (retrofit and/or new construction).
8-10 years of Window and Door Installation Experience.
Fluent in English.
Operates under a registered LLC or business entity.
Willing to take consistent work throughout the Greater Tampa Bay area to The Villages.
Own and operate own LLC.
General liability insurance ($1,000,000 minimum).
Workers’ compensation coverage (not the exemption).
Valid auto insurance.
Owns all necessary tools, equipment, and reliable transportation.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights safely.
Professional attitude, dependable, and organized.

Responsibilities

Install impact-rated, energy-efficient windows and doors according to manufacturer specifications and local building codes.
Collaborate with project managers to review job scope and plans before commencing each project.
Ensure job sites are maintained in a clean, safe, and professional manner.
Maintain clear communication with homeowners and Sunbelt team members.
Properly manage job changes, including obtaining signed homeowner addendums.
Adhere to OSHA safety standards and EPA lead-safe practices.
Document work progress through photos and notes.
Ensure all jobs pass inspection and reflect a high standard of craftsmanship.
