About The Position
Esler Companies – Renewal by Andersen is seeking window and door installers who take pride in their work and the products they install. This role involves working with industry-leading products and services, providing a world-class customer service experience to individual homeowners. Installers will transform homes by installing windows and doors of various shapes, sizes, and styles, enhancing both aesthetics and energy efficiency. Requirements
- Experience working in construction, a trade, window installation, or similar.
- Experience working with a metal brake and power tools.
- A proven track record of superior craftsmanship.
- A strong focus on exceeding customer expectations.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to lift up to 150 lbs.
Nice To Haves
- Customer service experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Practice safe and efficient demolition and completion of the installation project.
- Perform walkthroughs with customers before and after the project to explain what will happen throughout the day.
- Preparation of windows, doors, and existing openings such as taping, caulking, and cleaning.
- Exterior and Interior finish work on all products.
- Working closely with the Lead Installer on each job site.
