About The Position
S&S Tire Truck Center is a leading provider of products and services to trucking companies and related industries, serving the Lexington area markets. We are looking to urgently add a Front Counter Sales Associate/ Will Call to our Lexington Truck Tire Team. This is a customer facing position. This Associate will greet service customers, write up their concerns on a work order, dispatch the work to the correct technician. They will make tire sales through phone orders for customer pick-up and schedule truck services.

Responsibilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and comfortable multi-tasking
- Interact with customers both inside and on the phone
- Follow a structured sales process
- Have working knowledge of our commercial tire brands
- Be able to effectively manage open repair/service orders
- Proactive follow up with current and previous customers
- Maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction with the ability to handle customer complaints
- Greet service customers
- Write up customer concerns on a work order
- Dispatch work to the correct technician
- Make tire sales through phone orders for customer pick-up
- Schedule truck services
