WILL CALL/Front Counter Sales
About The Position
S&S Tire Truck Center is seeking to add a Front Counter Sales Associate/Will Call to their Lexington Truck Tire Team. This role involves interacting with customers both in person and over the phone, managing open repair/service orders, and following a structured sales process. The associate will greet service customers, document their concerns on a work order, and dispatch the work to technicians. Additionally, they will handle tire sales for customer pick-up and schedule truck services. The position requires working knowledge of commercial tire brands and a proactive approach to customer follow-up, aiming to maintain high customer satisfaction and effectively manage complaints.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and comfortable multi-tasking
- Have working knowledge of our commercial tire brands
- Monday to Friday schedule
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers both inside and on the phone
- Follow a structured sales process
- Manage open repair/service orders
- Proactive follow up with current and previous customers
- Maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction with the ability to handle customer complaints
- Greet service customers
- Write up customer concerns on a work order
- Dispatch work to the correct technician
- Make tire sales through phone orders for customer pick-up
