Requirements
- Some warehouse experience preferred.
- Must be willing to interact with customers.
- Ability to lift 25lbs.
- Must be willing to be certified on warehouse equipment.
- Good Computer skills.
Nice To Haves
- RF experience a plus.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all customers are taken care of in a timely manner
- Ensure area is clean and neat
- Clear out all tickets older than 5 days old
- Maintain appearance, stock, and pricing on bargain rack
- Remove items from bargain rack after 30 days
- Responsible for customer traffic in warehouse
- Ensure all customer service requirements are met, such as Quick Service, Professional Image and Respectful Communication
- Make sure all returns are handled according to company policy
- Ensure all cash transactions are handled correctly
