Requirements
- Experience in the tire, warehouse, or automotive industry
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift 100+ lbs.
Responsibilities
- Manage open sales, repair, and service orders to completion
- Maintain working knowledge of our commercial tire brands and services
- Assisting customers, both on the phone and in person
- Follow sales structures to drive consistent results
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Assist customer issues with issues in a professional manner
