The Wildlife Division of Kentucky Fish and Wildlife is currently seeking a Wildlife Biologist III to work within the Purchase Region Branch. This position will assist with the high level of management on a cluster of Wildlife Management Areas (WMAs) totaling over 17,000 acres. This position will consist of specialized biological work in habitat and wildlife population management by: addressing wildlife disease collection and monitoring, addressing wildlife damage and nuisance mitigation/prevention, conducting wildlife/biological surveys and research on species such as deer, wild turkey, small game species, and waterfowl within the Purchase Region organizational unit.
