About The Position

The Wilbur Chocolate Retail Clerk/Stock Room Specialist works in Cargill’s Food Enterprise, which serves food manufacturers, food service customers, and retailers with ingredients and branded products. The role combines stock-room and warehouse tasks with retail-floor stocking, cashiering, and customer service. The employee checks in warehouse deliveries, maintains stock-room inventory, handles pallets, replenishes retail products using FIFO, and assists customers. The position is full-time, pays $16.50 per hour, and is available on the first shift. The schedule requires working two Saturdays per month.

Requirements

Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Must be 18 years or older.
Ability to perform physical job duties, including standing and walking for the duration of the shift, lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing, and twisting safely, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Ability to understand and communicate in English, verbally and in writing.
Ability to work overtime, including weekends, holidays, or different shifts, with advance notice.

Nice To Haves

Basic computer skills.
Previous warehouse experience.

Responsibilities

Check in products arriving from the warehouse.
Maintain stock-room inventory by item and batch number.
Unload products arriving from the warehouse on pallets.
Assemble pallets of product to be shipped to the warehouse.
Restock products on the retail floor according to date using FIFO.
Learn and operate a touch-screen cash register to check out customers accurately and quickly.
Provide high-quality customer service and assistance to store customers.
Demonstrate dependability and a positive team attitude.
Learn and maintain personal and food safety GMPs.
Follow all safety rules and regulations.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
