About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Stockroom Clerk to support inventory and stockroom operations at our Los Angeles warehouse. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and is proficient with the basic computer systems used to track and manage inventory.

Requirements

• Familiarity with computers and basic proficiency navigating inventory software (NetSuite experience a plus).
• Physically able to complete required tasks such as walking, lifting, bending, and working in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Must be proficient in English, both speaking and writing.
• Familiar with Gmail and proper email etiquette; knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel and Word, with intermediate computer skills.

• NetSuite experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Accurately record inventory data using our current NetSuite software.
• Work within our warehouse management system (WMS), SnapFulfil.
• Mark stock items using identification tags, stamps, or other labeling equipment.
• Perform daily, weekly, quarterly, and annual cycle counts as needed.
• Pack and unpack items to be stocked on shelves in stockrooms or storage areas.
• Assemble orders from stock, place them in boxes or bins, and relocate orders to the designated department.
• Follow instructions carefully when retrieving specific items from the stockroom.
