About The Position
Responsible for intake screening to determine eligibility for program. Accurately enters all data into WIC WOW computer system. Pins and issues eWIC cards. Does anthropometric and hematological screenings. Answers telephones, schedules appointments, and responds to all applicant queries either by phone, email or text message. Maintains all records and documentation as required by State WIC Regulations.
Requirements
- Proficiency in WIC WOW computer system
- Ability to perform anthropometric and hematological screenings
- Strong communication skills (phone, email, text)
- Knowledge of State WIC Regulations
