Requirements

High School Diploma
Minimum 2 years sales/operations experience in the reverse mortgage industry
Well organized and experienced with supporting a sales group and individual Senior Account Execs.
Able to simultaneously manage multiple time sensitive projects and work in fast paced environment
Self-starter, Able to work independently.
Ability to problem solve and handle complex customer calls
Ability to handle a minimum of 70 emails and/or phone messages a day with a high level of customer service
Excellent time management skills
Strong verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

Assists in increasing new partner approvals for assigned Wholesale Account Executive.
Assists in maintaining existing relationships with approved partners.
Improves number of brokers closing loans.
Improves number of loans per mortgage broker.
Provides education to new partners on Reverse Mortgages. This includes PDF Tutorials as well as Zoom Calls.
Works directly with Underwriting on potential new borrower scenarios.
Assists in training new partners on the company LOS systems.
Assists in structuring new loans with partners to ensure the borrower receives the best available loan option.
Educates and assists partners in calculating Broker Compensation and Origination Fees.
Performs other duties as assigned.
