Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum 2 years sales/operations experience in the reverse mortgage industry
  • Well organized and experienced with supporting a sales group and individual Senior Account Execs.
  • Able to simultaneously manage multiple time sensitive projects and work in fast paced environment
  • Self-starter, Able to work independently.
  • Ability to problem solve and handle complex customer calls
  • Ability to handle a minimum of 70 emails and/or phone messages a day with a high level of customer service
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Assists in increasing new partner approvals for assigned Wholesale Account Executive.
  • Assists in maintaining existing relationships with approved partners.
  • Improves number of brokers closing loans.
  • Improves number of loans per mortgage broker.
  • Provides education to new partners on Reverse Mortgages. This includes PDF Tutorials as well as Zoom Calls.
  • Works directly with Underwriting on potential new borrower scenarios.
  • Assists in training new partners on the company LOS systems.
  • Assists in structuring new loans with partners to ensure the borrower receives the best available loan option.
  • Educates and assists partners in calculating Broker Compensation and Origination Fees.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
