About The Position

We’re hiring a Wholesale Sales Representative to manage and grow our B2B account base. This is a hybrid hunter and account manager role. You’ll own a book of wholesale accounts, drive repeat orders, and prospect new business through outbound calls and follow-up. It’s a desk-based role with high call volume, built for someone who can balance closing new accounts with keeping current customers buying.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in account management, B2B sales, or wholesale distribution.
  • Proven track record managing key accounts while opening new ones.
  • Strong phone presence and clear, direct communication.
  • Experience with outbound prospecting and lead generation.
  • Comfortable in CRM and standard sales tools.
  • Organized, able to juggle multiple accounts without dropping anything.
  • Self-directed and goal-driven.

Nice To Haves

  • Water, beverage, or packaging experience is a plus.
  • Field experience or in-person account visits a plus, not required

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B wholesale accounts.
  • Prospect, vet, and onboard new accounts into the Brio platform.
  • Run high-volume outbound calls to new and existing accounts.
  • Identify customer needs, present solutions, and close orders.
  • Track purchasing patterns to drive repeat orders and protect the base.
  • Coordinate with customer service, operations, and finance to keep orders moving.
  • Keep CRM activity, pipeline, and notes current.
  • Stay sharp on product updates, market shifts, and competitor activity.
