About The Position

We’re looking for a Wholesale Sales Manager to help us expand into retail. This is a hands-on, high-impact role focused on outbound sales and relationship building with supplement stores and retailers. You’ll be responsible for reaching out to stores, pitching our products, and getting them to carry our brand. This role is based in Valencia, CA, with future opportunities to transition into field sales and travel-based retail expansion.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales (preferably B2B or retail/wholesale)
  • Strong objection-handling and closing skills
  • Highly personable, confident, and charismatic communicator
  • Interest in fitness, supplements, or health & wellness
  • Active on social media and comfortable using it for outreach
  • Self-motivated with a “can-do” attitude
  • Coachable and open to feedback
  • Willing to commute to Valencia, CA

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling into retail stores or distributors
  • Experience in the fitness or supplement industry
  • Field sales experience
  • Familiarity with supplement products is a strong plus

Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to supplement and fitness retail stores across California
  • Conduct outreach via phone, email, and other channels
  • Pitch products and build relationships with store owners and buyers
  • Handle objections and close new wholesale accounts
  • Maintain and grow relationships with new partners
  • Track outreach and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with the team on sales strategy and expansion plans
