About The Position

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as an assistant in wholesale apparel or retail business
  • Must have background in handling drop ship accounts
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Strong computer skills / Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Strong communication skills
  • Team player
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced office environment

Responsibilities

  • Assist in market preparation/showroom set-up and presentation to customers
  • Assist Account Executives with driving sales and customer service
  • Prepare sales packages to customers
  • Manage order book, shipping information, etc.
  • Reporting analysis (will need basic retail math skills)
