We partner with the best of the best and our team is equally amazing. Come join us! A Day in the Life: The typical day is… atypical. You might be pulling ATS to send to clients, compiling a product knowledge deck, assisting with in-person market appointments, filling out a copy template or accompanying the sales team on store visits. You’ll be supporting all aspects of market appointments & preparation, send order confirmations and pull & update weekly selling reports, process all re-orders and RTVs. In addition, you’ll manage shipping, fulfillment management (past cancels, oversold etc.) and support the Sales team as needed.

Requirements

  • The ability to communicate and demonstrate the Tory Burch brand initiatives and core values are essential.
  • Bachelor Degree or four years of prior Sales, Planning, Buying experience is preferred or relevant experience such as Industry related internships or working with a wholesale account (Specialty or Major Department store)
  • Proficient in Excel, and especially skilled at V-Look Up and Pivot Table functions while having a strong understanding of retail math concepts.
  • Experience with wholesale platforms, including NuOrder and SkyPad
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Spanish proficiency preferred to support Latin American accounts

Responsibilities

  • Support all aspects of market appointments, including showroom setup and maintenance, model and client scheduling, line sheet preparation, note-taking during appointments, and order entry management
  • Collect and consolidate weekly sales reports from wholesale accounts; ensure accurate data uploads, validate information, and resolve discrepancies
  • Serve as the primary contact for order confirmations, partnering cross-functionally to review and correct issues prior to shipment
  • Collaborate with logistics and import/export teams to manage shipments, track deliveries, review past cancellations, monitor open orders, and communicate updates internally and externally
  • Own the end-to-end quality control (QC) process, including return authorization (RA) forms, proof of destruction, and processing credit notes
  • Manage in-season reorders, ensuring accuracy, timely execution, and alignment with account needs
  • Create and maintain seasonal buy books for external partners and internal cross-functional use
  • Oversee multi-category sample management, including organization, tracking, and allocation
