We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Artist with high technical skill in the Adobe Creative Suite. The ideal candidate is efficient, flexible, and versatile, capable of designing smaller graphic projects independently. This role requires extreme diligence and focus to create 100% accurate layouts in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. The Production Artist will support creative assets across multiple channels, adhering to brand guidelines and state regulations, and will report to the Wholesale Creative Designer, collaborating closely with the Wholesale Marketing team.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of related experience
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for file manipulation and layout creation.
Knowledge of digital design standards for web and social media.
Experience with asset database servers (DAMs) and workflow systems (Monday.com)
Ability to provide an online portfolio displaying body of work

Nice To Haves

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Additional experience with After Effects is a huge plus
Good sense of design aesthetics
Excellent time management skills

Responsibilities

Take design concepts from the creative team and execute them into polished, production-ready files for digital and print media.
Independently manage file formats, color profiles, and resolution adjustments based on project requirements.
Proofread all design elements for accuracy and consistency with brand guidelines.
Perform image manipulation, retouching, and color correction as needed.
Make informed design choices within established brand guidelines, ensuring visual consistency across all materials.
Identify potential design issues and propose solutions proactively.
Collaborate with the Wholesale Creative Designer on creative refinements when necessary, but maintain autonomy in the final production stages.
Conduct thorough quality checks on all final artwork before delivery to ensure accuracy and high visual standards.
Identify and address potential production issues before they arise.
Maintain a detailed file organization system for efficient project management.
