We are looking for a detail-obsessed Print Production Designer to own the preparation, execution, and quality control of all printed materials at Just Ingredients. This role sits at the intersection of design precision and production expertise — you know how to take a concept from file to finished product without losing a single detail along the way. Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in print production design, preferably in CPG, health, beauty, or wellness industries.
  • Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite — Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
  • Deep knowledge of print production processes including offset, flexographic, and digital printing.
  • Expert-level understanding of dielines, color separations, and print file preparation best practices.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines without losing attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with project management and file-sharing platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, Dropbox, or Google Drive.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across internal teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Create and finalize print-ready files for packaging, labels, and marketing materials, ensuring accuracy in layout, bleed, crop marks, dielines, and all technical specifications.
  • Prepare and set up artwork on dielines for consistency across product lines, including files for offset, flexographic, and digital printing processes.
  • Maintain a well-organized file management system that ensures seamless access to assets across departments.
  • Oversee color correction, separations, and consistency across all printed materials.
  • Review and approve digital and physical proofs, attending press checks when required to ensure production meets brand and quality standards.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strict adherence to deadlines and high attention to detail across all assets.
  • Work directly with print vendors to confirm file specifications, resolve production issues, and maintain quality control through all stages of production.
  • Implement frequent label updates and changes efficiently while keeping files organized and version-controlled.
  • Partner with the Packaging Designer and Product Development teams to execute label changes and support new product launches.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure all printed assets align with brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all touch points.
