Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B sales, wholesale parts, account management, or automotive experience preferred
  • Strong business acumen and management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Comfortable with 70–80% travel and occasional overnight stays

Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of wholesale business accounts
  • Develop strong relationships with repair shops, body shops, and automotive business partners
  • Prospect and open new wholesale accounts to drive business growth
  • Prepare quotes, follow up on pending orders, and ensure exceptional customer service
  • Resolve account concerns quickly and professionally
  • Maintain accurate customer account records and notes in company systems
  • Deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction
