About The Position

We are hiring ASAP for a 100% Remote Medicare Sales Agent who wants to focus entirely on closing while being backed by a supportive, highly functional system. If you are a top-tier closer tired of losing your renewals because you don’t have time to service your clients, this opportunity is built for you. Our dedicated Internal Retention Team and Inside Sales Support handle the post-sale follow-up (welcome calls, ID card issues, and mid-year check-ins). Requirements

  • Active Health Insurance License (Required).
  • Current AHIP Certification (Required, or willing to obtain immediately).
  • Emotional Intelligence: Strong empathy, self-awareness, and the ability to connect genuinely with seniors.
  • Mindset: A growth-oriented attitude that thrives on mutual accountability and open communication.
  • Remote Readiness: A quiet home office, high-speed internet, and a high-functioning computer.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-quality sales presentations and consult over 100% inbound phone calls.
  • Educate beneficiaries on Medicare Advantage, MedSupp, PDP options, and ancillary sales.
  • Use active listening and high emotional intelligence to build instant rapport with seniors.
  • Accurately enroll clients using our electronic tools.
  • Collaborate closely with the Retention Support Team for a seamless post-sale hand-off.
