Remote Inbound Sales Agent (Fintech)
About The Position

As one of the fastest-growing tech companies in the U.S. since 2019, we are seeking Remote Inbound Sales Agents with a background in top-tier retail environments such as the Apple Store, Microsoft, Lululemon, Nordstrom, Disney, or Costco. This role offers the opportunity to leverage your customer service skills in a fast-paced, tech-focused environment with professional growth and high earning potential. Unlike traditional sales, this role focuses on guiding customers who have already initiated their insurance search through our app, providing expert advice on insurance options, and simplifying the comparison process among over 55 insurance companies to find the best fit for their budget. You will be responsible for answering inbound calls, helping customers compare insurance policies, solving their concerns, and finalizing their new policy.
Requirements
- Experience in a high-standard retail environment (Apple store, Microsoft store, Nordstrom, Lululemon, Disney, Costco, etc.).
- Genuinely enjoy helping people and can stay upbeat throughout the day.
- Comfortable using a computer and navigating different screens while talking to a customer.
- Must currently reside in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada.

Responsibilities
- Answer Inbound Calls: Talk to people who have already started their insurance search in our app.
- Simplify the Process: Help customers compare 55+ different insurance companies to find the one that fits their budget.
- Solve Problems: Listen to a customer’s concerns and find a solution that makes them feel confident in their choice.
- Close the Deal: Help customers finalize their new policy right then and there.
Benefits
- $19.00 - $21.00 per hour plus uncapped commission. Successful team members typically earn between $100,000-$150,000+ per year.
