About The Position

Free People is seeking a Wholesale Sales Operations Coordinator to join our Sales Operations team. In this role, you will drive business growth for our Collection, Intimates, and Shoes divisions by providing high-impact operational support. You will be responsible for building actionable reports, providing systems and software guidance, and optimizing fulfillment rates to ensure we consistently achieve our sales targets.

Requirements

Experience within the apparel industry preferred
Strong experience in reporting software suites and Excel

Responsibilities

Responsible for creating and distributing various reports to the Sales & Management Teams, including but not limited to Bookings, Open Opportunity, Financial Recaps, and other ad-hoc positions, forecasts and hindsights.
Support Sales Operations Manager in running and distributing the daily forecast reporting for the Sales team.
Manage creation/support/distribution of retail sales reporting, utilizing Skypad.
Manage content and copy information and dissemination to wholesale accounts.
Become proficient in Blue Cherry, EDW, and B2B systems, work towards supporting new hires in onboarding.
Support system set-ups and visibility for the sales team to track commissions and monthly performance.
Support system set-ups to develop new reporting tools designed to track short term success and long term strategy.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with the Sales Management team to understand and anticipate reporting needs.
Always be willing to assist in other areas of the business with a hands-on approach when necessary.
