Requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in computer applications and basic math.
- Previous dealership title/DMV experience required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.
Responsibilities
- Billing of all wholesales and dealer trades
- Process all title work for wholesales and dealer trades.
- Process all vehicle purchases including issuing payment and verifying receipt of title
- Follow up with lienholders for title lien release status.
- Communicate daily with auctions/dealers with updates on title/MSO status
- Stock in all new rental vehicles and process tag/registration paperwork
- Responsible for all dealer tags and yearly renewal
- Work under pressure in a fast paced, high-volume atmosphere.
- Ability to multitask regarding accounting responsibilities and business requirements as assigned.
- Review and verify documents, records and files for accuracy and completeness
