About The Position
USG is a national wholesale insurance broker and managing general agent (MGA), operating in all 50 states with access to over 400 markets. Work alongside production teams to gain hands-on experience in real-time business activities. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our underwriting and operations team. This role provides hands-on exposure to the insurance industry, including support, policy processing, and day-to-day operations.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Interest in insurance or financial services

Responsibilities
- Assist with preparing submissions, reviewing documents, and supporting the underwriting process

- Collaborate with team members on projects and gain exposure to agency communications
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and discussions to build industry knowledge
