Requirements

Prior inside sales or B2B sales experience preferred
Knowledge of tires, automotive parts, or the automotive industry is a strong plus
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable working in a high-volume, phone-based sales environment
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in order processing
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Proficiency with basic computer systems and order management software

Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of wholesale accounts through proactive outbound calls and inbound order handling
Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, auto shops, and fleet customers
Process wholesale tire orders accurately and efficiently using internal sales systems
Provide product recommendations and pricing quotes to B2B clients
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely order fulfillment
Identify new wholesale business opportunities and prospect potential accounts
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals
