Requirements

21 years of age or older
Strong knowledge of company policies, goals and standards.
Ability to act with integrity, honesty and professionalism.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and oral and written communication skills.
Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience and to provide excellent customer service to all customers and partners.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with other Team Members and leadership.
Ability to use technology applicable to the position and access information necessary to complete daily responsibilities.
Ability to follow directions and established Initiate completion of tasks or activities without necessary supervision.
Problem solving skills, especially in situations of high stress.

Full knowledge of all TABC regulations that apply to the company.

Nice To Haves

1 year warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Preparing, loading and unloading the delivery vehicle.
Adhere to all state and company driving regulations and policies.
Provide excellent customer service.
Complete deliveries in a timely and safe manner.
Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
Set and achieve the highest standards in warehouse/wholesale execution.
Follow assigned delivery routes.
Perform basic truck maintenance, such as refueling, doing a visual inspection and reporting potential issues.
Complete any paperwork related to the deliveries and complete reports as required.
Communicate regularly with supervisors regarding proper operations of the warehouse.
Using additional equipment, such as forklifts and dollies, as needed.
Pulling orders.
Ensuring that all orders have been printed and available for picking.
Ensuring adherence to TABC rules and regulations.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring orders have been pulled accurately.
All other duties as assigned.
