Requirements
- 21 years of age or older.
- Strong knowledge of company policies, goals and standards.
- Ability to act with integrity, honesty and professionalism.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and oral and written communication skills.
- Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience and to provide excellent customer service to all customers and partners.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with other Team Members and leadership.
- Ability to use technology applicable to the position and access information necessary to complete daily responsibilities.
- Ability to follow directions and established procedures.
- Initiate completion of tasks or activities without necessary supervision.

- Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments, with ability to meet deadlines and commitments.

- Full knowledge of all TABC regulations that apply to the company.

Responsibilities
- Preparing, loading and unloading the delivery vehicle.
- Adhere to all state and company driving regulations and policies.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Complete deliveries in a timely and safe manner.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Set and achieve the highest standards in warehouse/wholesale execution.
- Follow assigned delivery routes.
- Perform basic truck maintenance, such as refueling, doing a visual inspection and reporting potential issues.
- Complete any paperwork related to the deliveries and complete reports as required.
- Communicate regularly with supervisors regarding proper operations of the warehouse.
- Using additional equipment, such as forklifts and dollies, as needed.
- Pulling orders.
- Ensuring that all orders have been printed and available for picking.
- Ensuring adherence to TABC rules and regulations.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring orders have been pulled accurately.
- All other duties as assigned.
