About The Position
Join our team at Fox Grand Traverse in Traverse City, MI! We are looking for a proactive and energetic Wholesale Parts Driver & Account Representative who wants to hit the road and play a key role in growing our wholesale business. In this role, you won't just deliver parts-you'll serve as the face of our dealership across Northern Michigan, building real relationships with body shops, repair facilities, and service centers.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage potential clients and build long-term relationships.
- Ability to double-check invoices against purchase orders and navigate efficient routes across Northern Michigan.
- Willingness to assist in the warehouse, pull customer orders, or help with stocking when in-house.

Responsibilities
- Safely deliver auto parts and equipment to wholesale accounts, satellite stores, and body shops on schedule.
- Introduce our wholesale offerings, share promotions, and open new accounts by stopping at potential repair facilities and body shops throughout Northern Michigan.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for current clients, ensuring their parts orders are accurate and delivered on time.
- Partner with the Parts Manager, wholesale reps, and shipping/receiving to organize route priorities and last-minute requests.
- Maintain logs, collect payment signatures, and assist with inventory loading/unloading as needed.
