About The Position

Action Overhead Garage Door is looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused Wholesale Coordinator to join their growing team. This position plays a critical role in supporting wholesale customers by coordinating orders, managing inventory, maintaining pricing, and ensuring every customer receives exceptional service. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, solving problems, building relationships, and keeping operations running smoothly.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with inventory, order processing, or wholesale operations is a plus.
  • Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Processing wholesale orders from entry through completion.
  • Coordinating inventory levels and working with purchasing to ensure product availability.
  • Creating and maintaining accurate wholesale pricing sheets.
  • Completing order tickets and processing customer payments upon pickup.
  • Coordinating product pickups and deliveries with customers and logistics partners.
  • Staging wholesale orders for timely fulfillment.
  • Building strong relationships with wholesale customers by providing exceptional service through phone and email.
  • Responding to customer inquiries, preparing requested bids, and resolving issues quickly and professionally.
  • Working closely with purchasing, sales, marketing, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assisting with the growth of our wholesale customer base through outreach efforts and marketing support.
  • Monitoring inventory, customer feedback, and department performance through reporting and analysis.
  • Researching market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Assisting in developing and improving wholesale processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Supporting the team with additional projects and responsibilities as needed.
