Wholesale Banking Summer Intern
About The Position
As a Wholesale Banking Summer Intern based in Rabobank’s Atlanta, Georgia office, you will support the Food & Agribusiness Corporate Banking team through research, analysis, and client-focused initiatives. The role provides exposure to corporate banking, food and agriculture markets, and the collaborative work that helps clients achieve their business goals. You will work with professionals across Rabobank’s product and service offerings while developing technical, analytical, and professional skills. The program includes training, mentorship, networking opportunities, and exposure to senior leaders. Rabobank’s internship program offers collegiate students practical experience and skills development in a professional environment. Interns are matched with a mentor and receive professional development opportunities. The internship is a paid, full-time, 40-hour-per-week program lasting 10 weeks. The position is based on-site at Rabobank’s Atlanta office.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program and entering the junior year.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working with data, conducting research, and drawing meaningful conclusions.
- Initiative, curiosity, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, professional environment.
- Able to work on-site at Rabobank’s Atlanta, Georgia office throughout the internship.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; Rabobank cannot sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position.
Responsibilities
- Support projects and initiatives across Rabobank’s Food & Agribusiness business.
- Conduct research, analyze information, and help identify insights that support business and client needs.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other materials for internal and external audiences.
- Collaborate with professionals across different teams and business areas.
- Participate in meetings, training sessions, and networking opportunities to learn about the banking industry and Rabobank’s business.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
