The Wheelchair Agent is responsible for transporting passengers requiring wheelchair service within the terminal and to/from aircraft. This role involves reading airline tickets, monitors, various domestic and international forms, and airline city codes. The agent will also transport passengers to connecting flights operated by different carriers. Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor towards passengers and airport personnel is crucial. The position requires the ability to stand, squat, kneel, and walk for at least 70% of the scheduled work time, and to maintain customer service professionalism under pressure and in stressful environments. Great customer service skills are essential.
