About The Position

The Wheel Loader Operator runs heavy equipment with minimal supervision and supports daily production at a frac sand plant. The role involves physical work, adapting to different tasks, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Work takes place outdoors at an active mining and processing site, primarily from the cab of heavy equipment. The schedule is four days on and four days off, with 12-hour day or night shifts; weekends and holidays are scheduled as needed. Pay is $26–$32 per hour based on experience.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Loader Operator, with a focus on operating loaders of all sizes.
Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and productively with minimal supervision.
Availability for 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
