About The Position

Asgard Resources is hiring Wash Plant Operators to operate and maintain its frac sand processing facility in Bainville, Montana. Operators monitor plant equipment, assist with maintenance, and help keep production running safely and efficiently. This hands-on position involves working around conveyors, pumps, screens, and other frac sand processing equipment in an outdoor industrial environment. Training on plant systems and equipment will be provided.

The position is full-time, with steady overtime typically available five to six days per week and 12-hour shifts. Pay is $20–$30 per hour, depending on experience. Local candidates within commuting distance of Bainville or Williston are strongly encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• Ability to lift more than 50 pounds, climb stairs and ladders, and work on elevated platforms.
• Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to work long shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.

Nice To Haves

• Mechanical aptitude and comfort using basic hand tools.
• Experience in an industrial, mining, oilfield, or manufacturing environment.
• Experience operating loaders, skid steers, or other heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate frac sand wash plant equipment.
• Monitor conveyors, pumps, screens, and other plant equipment.
• Perform routine inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with plant maintenance and general cleanup.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment or production issues.
• Record production and maintenance information.
• Work with loader operators and supervisors to support plant production.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment.
