Requirements

Proven experience in plant operations, preferably within the frac sand or mineral processing industry
Strong leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of wet processing equipment and maintenance procedures
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions quickly
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Commitment to safety and environmental compliance
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations of the wet plant, including screening, washing, dewatering, and conveying processes
Lead and coordinate a team of operators and technicians to ensure production targets are met
Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime
Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with environmental regulations
Maintain quality control standards for processed sand to meet customer specifications
Optimize plant processes for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability
Document operational data, prepare reports, and communicate progress to management
Assist in training staff on operational procedures and safety practices
