Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in plant operations, manufacturing, or industrial settings preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of plant equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Commitment to safety and environmental compliance.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends if required.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor equipment within the wet plant to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of plant machinery and systems.
- Adjust process parameters to meet production specifications and quality standards.
- Record operational data accurately and report any anomalies or equipment malfunctions.
- Follow safety protocols and environmental regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve operational efficiency.
- Assist in start-up and shut-down procedures for plant operations.
