This role focuses on the sustenance and development of wet cleans processes within high volume manufacturing (HVM). Key responsibilities include reducing process variability, developing recipes, minimizing defectivity, and optimizing processes. The position also involves transferring and developing new technologies, including setting up, qualifying, and matching new wet cleans processes to the process of record. Creating and documenting business processes, such as process control plans, automation, and out-of-control action plans, is crucial for meeting quality, cost, and cycle time targets in a 24x7 production environment. The engineer will train shift technicians and collaborate closely with various internal and external stakeholders, including equipment suppliers, equipment engineers and technicians, the contamination-free manufacturing (CFM) team, the process integration (PI) team, cost management, and quality assurance teams. A strong emphasis is placed on performing all activities safely and responsibly, supporting all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
