Requirements

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proven ability to own and close complex deals
  • 10+ years in technical or solution sales with revenue accountability
  • Experience in aerospace, defence, industrial, or regulated markets
  • Ability to engage with engineers, procurement, and executives
  • Financial acumen in pricing, margins, and forecasting
  • CRM proficiency and territory autonomy
  • Applicants must be a U.S. citizen.

Responsibilities

  • Own regional revenue growth and achieve annual sales targets
  • Build and execute territory and key account plans (law enforcement, OEMs, aerospace)
  • Lead full sales lifecycle: prospecting to contract execution
  • Serve as primary customer contact and strategic advisor
  • Translate technical solutions into clear customer value
  • Identify and capture new programmes and long‑term opportunities
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline discipline in CRM
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and multi‑year agreements
  • Represent Teledyne at customer sites and industry events
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activity
