As the West TN CEI Department Leader, you will be responsible for creating, monitoring, and analyzing project schedules aligned with best project management practices. You will ensure the accuracy of project schedules by tracking update frequency from project managers, and assist project managers and assistants in monitoring project progress, identifying critical activities, and reviewing forecasts and progress to date. Your role will involve tracking baselines, performing what-if analyses, and assisting in developing contingency plans. You will identify projects significantly behind baseline schedules and develop recovery schedules for PM approval. You will also assist the program scheduler in tracking the status of all schedules and related activities, updating spreadsheets and databases, and following up on status updates. Additionally, you will attend meetings with program managers and design professionals to provide input on schedule structure, activity durations, and proposed changes, and perform other duties as assigned. You will also attend training as appropriate to stay current with client and firm requirements.
