As the West TN CEI Department Leader, you will create, monitor, and analyze project schedules aligned with best project management practices. You will ensure accuracy of project schedules by tracking update frequency from project managers. You will assist project managers and assistants in monitoring project progress, identifying critical activities, and reviewing forecasts and progress to date. You will track baselines, perform what-if analyses, and assist in developing contingency plans. You will identify projects significantly behind baseline schedules and develop recovery schedules for PM approval. You will assist program scheduler in tracking status of all schedules and related activities, updating spreadsheets and databases, and following up on status updates. You will attend meetings with program managers and design professionals to provide input on schedule structure, activity durations, and proposed changes. You will perform other duties as assigned and attend training as appropriate to stay current with client and firm requirements.
