About The Position

The Wendy's Team Member provides fast, friendly, and clean service to guests while supporting restaurant operations. The role includes preparing and safely managing food, maintaining product quality and inventory, completing sales transactions, and keeping the restaurant clean and presentable. Team members are expected to provide excellent guest service, follow Wendy's processes and policies, and work collaboratively. Pilot Company also offers opportunities to train for and gain experience in other roles within its travel centers and restaurants.

Requirements
