About The Position

The Wendy's Team Member provides fast, friendly, and clean service to guests. The role includes safely managing and preparing food, maintaining food quality and inventory, operating cash registers, and keeping the restaurant clean and presentable. Team members are expected to contribute to a guest-focused culture and work collaboratively. Pilot Company also offers opportunities to train and gain experience in other roles within its travel centers and restaurants.

Requirements
