About The Position

The Wendy's Team Member provides fast, friendly, and clean service to guests while supporting restaurant operations. The role includes preparing and managing food safely, maintaining food quality and inventory, processing sales, and keeping the restaurant clean and presentable. Team members are expected to deliver excellent guest service, follow Wendy's processes and policies, and work collaboratively. Pilot Company also offers opportunities to train for and gain experience in other roles within its travel centers and restaurants.

Requirements

• Strong guest service skills and the ability to maintain a guest-focused culture.
• Ability to complete accurate sales transactions.
• Ability to manage and prepare food cleanly and safely.

• Ability to use computers, telephones, and other equipment as needed.
