About The Position

The Wendy's Team Member provides guests with fast, friendly, and clean service. The role includes preparing food safely, maintaining food quality and inventory, operating cash registers, and keeping the restaurant clean and presentable. Team members work collaboratively to provide excellent guest service and follow Wendy's processes and policies. Pilot Company also offers opportunities to train and gain experience in other roles within its travel centers and restaurants.

Requirements

• Strong guest service skills and ability to maintain a guest-focused culture.
