Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in high-volume food and beverage service.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong work ethic and passion for hospitality.
Extreme attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced and stressful environment.
Friendly personality with a dedication to customer service.
Willingness to exceed guest satisfaction standards.
Knowledge of health and safety procedures.
Must be able to stand, walk, and move about for 8-10 hour shifts.
Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
Must be 18 years of age or older to perform alcoholic beverage service.

Responsibilities

Take orders, make precise change, and serve food with enthusiasm.
Package menu items for dine-in and carryout, ensuring top-notch quality and consistency.
Prepare drinks and ice cream treats, responsibly carding and serving alcoholic beverages.
Maintain a clean and safe environment, including trash disposal and sanitizing food areas.
Assist in various kitchen areas, ensuring seamless operations.
Deliver prompt service through teamwork and communication.
Stock stations and complete side tasks with energy and dedication.
