Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in high-volume food and beverage service.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a strong work ethic and passion for hospitality.
- Extreme attention to detail, ability to multitask, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced and stressful environment.
- Friendly personality with a dedication to customer service and a willingness to exceed guest satisfaction standards.
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and move about for 8-10 hour shifts.
- Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
- Must be 18 years of age or older to perform alcoholic beverage service.

Responsibilities
- Take orders, make precise change, and serve food with enthusiasm.
- Package menu items for dine-in and carryout, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Prepare drinks and ice cream treats.
- Responsibly card and serve alcoholic beverages.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment, including trash disposal and sanitizing food areas.
- Assist in various kitchen areas, ensuring seamless operations.
- Deliver prompt service through teamwork and communication.
- Stock stations and complete side tasks with energy and dedication.
