Wellness Sales Specialist
About The Position
Heights Wellness Retreat is seeking a passionate, purpose-driven Sales Specialist to help guests pursue their wellness goals through personalized membership options. This relationship-focused sales role emphasizes empathy, expert communication, and building trust. The position also supports daily retreat operations and works closely with therapists and other team members to provide guests with a seamless, elevated experience. Heights Wellness Retreat describes itself as a sanctuary where physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being intersect. It offers services and therapies including massage therapy, skin therapy, Halo Salt Therapy, infrared sauna, cryotherapy, and lymphatic drainage technology. The company also emphasizes team members’ personal and professional growth. The schedule is 6–8-hour day and evening shifts, with full- and part-time positions available. At least one weekend shift on Saturday or Sunday is required.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, guest services, or a wellness-focused environment.
- Previous experience in membership sales is required.
- Natural ability to connect, listen, and inspire trust.
- Proficiency with basic computer software and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Ability to learn quickly and maintain a positive, energetic demeanor.
- Strong critical-thinking skills, especially in resolving customer conflicts.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting.
Responsibilities
- Lead personalized consultations to understand each guest’s wellness goals.
- Present tailored membership options and guide guests through their next steps.
- Promote the therapeutic and wellness benefits of massage therapy, skin therapy, and wellness therapies.
- Support daily retreat operations, including check-in, transitions, and front desk service.
- Use excellent phone etiquette with an upbeat tone and strong articulation.
- Collaborate with therapists and team members to ensure a seamless, elevated guest experience.
