About The Position

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking high-potential individuals for a career-building opportunity as a Hyper Wellness Representative (Client Experience & Sales Specialist) in Brooklyn. This role is the foundation of the studio, responsible for client interaction, sales, and studio operations. It serves as an on-ramp to leadership positions, with a clear path for advancement to Senior Hyper Wellness Representative, Assistant General Manager, and General Manager within 18-24 months for strong performers. The ideal candidate is motivated by goals, comfortable with sales, and eager to take ownership.

Requirements

Recent graduate (or within ~1-2 years of graduating) eager to build a career.
Competitive, coachable, and comfortable being measured on results.
Comfortable asking for the close and handling objections.
Availability to work weekends, as this is a peak time for the studio.
Genuine interest in health and wellness, or a strong curiosity to learn quickly.
No prior health/wellness or retail experience required; drive and trainability are key.

Responsibilities

Run studio tours and present/close service packages and memberships.
Own outbound outreach, including re-engaging past clients, following up on leads, and driving rebookings.
Meet membership, package, and retail sales targets consistently.
Become an expert on Restore's services to sell with confidence.
Greet and assist clients, managing phone, text, and voicemail follow-up.
Handle booking, scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations.
Onboard new clients, including waivers and POS profile setup.
Educate clients on services, benefits, precautions, and at-home care.
Open and/or close the studio, ensuring it is safe, clean, and welcoming.
Contribute to a positive studio culture where teammates feel valued and recognized.
