About The Position

Restore Hyper Wellness is the leading retail provider of alternative health and wellness modalities in the U.S. We make Hyper Wellness® accessible, affordable, and fun, helping people feel better and perform at a higher level so they can do more of what they love. Restore Life USA is the Greater New York franchisee, operating 5 locations across Westchester and Brooklyn. We're building out our leadership pipeline in Broolyn and we're looking for high-potential people who want a real career, not just a job, and are willing to earn it fast. You'll start as a Hyper Wellness Representative (our title for a Client Experience & Sales Specialist), the heartbeat of the studio. You're the first face every client sees, the concierge who knows what's happening in the studio that day, and the driver behind outbound outreach and sales. But this role is your on-ramp, not your ceiling. Our fastest-growing team members move from Rep to Senior Rep in 3-6 months, to Assistant General Manager shortly after, and into a General Manager seat within 18-24 months. You're motivated by hitting goals, whether that's commission, bonuses, or just the thrill of winning. You know how to ask for the close and don't lose momentum on a "let me think about it." You're as sharp on the phone and by text as you are in person. If you're competitive, coachable, and want ownership over a business fast, this is built for you.

Requirements

Recent grad (or within ~1-2 years of graduating) hungry to build a career, not just fill time.
Competitive, coachable, and comfortable being measured on results.
No health/wellness or retail experience required. We're looking for drive and trainability, not a resume match.
Comfortable asking for the close and holding momentum through objections.
Weekends don't bum you out. That's when the studio's busiest and the best opportunities happen.
Genuinely into health and wellness, or curious enough to get there fast.

Responsibilities

Run studio tours and confidently present and close service packages and memberships.
Own outbound outreach: re-engage past clients, follow up on leads, drive rebookings.
Hit membership, package, and retail sales targets consistently.
Become the go-to expert on Restore's services so you sell with real confidence.
Greet and assist clients; manage phone, text, and voicemail follow-up.
Handle booking, scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations.
Onboard new clients: waivers and POS profile setup.
Educate clients on services, benefits, precautions, and at-home care.
Open and/or close the studio, keeping it safe, clean, and welcoming.
Bring the Hyper Wellness energy to every interaction.
Help build a studio culture where every teammate feels valued and recognized.
