About The Position
The Wellness Nurse (RN) oversees resident health, supports clinical systems, and ensures high-quality, compliant care delivery at Sunrise Senior Living. The role includes assessing residents and monitoring health trends; overseeing medication programs and documentation; coordinating care with families, physicians, and clinical teams; supporting infection control and regulatory compliance; leading clinical training and staff development; and monitoring incidents to drive quality improvements.
Requirements
- Active RN license.
- Experience in assisted living, hospital, or long-term care.
- Strong clinical judgment and regulatory knowledge.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and monitor resident health trends.
