Wellness Floor Attendant
About The Position
The Brentwood YMCA is Now Hiring for Wellness Floor Attendant. This is a part-time position with a pay range starting at $15 per hour, with shifts varying by location. The ideal candidate loves fitness and enjoys helping others reach their wellness goals. As a Wellness Floor Attendant, you will be the friendly face greeting members in the Wellness Center, helping them feel confident and comfortable with their workouts. You will guide members on proper equipment use, recommend wellness programs, offer encouragement, and ensure the space stays clean, safe, and welcoming for everyone. This role plays a key part in members' fitness journeys.
Requirements
- Minimum Age: 18
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- CPR Pro/AED and First Aid within 30 days of hire
- YMCA wellness and safety certifications within 90 days
Nice To Haves
- Prior customer service or fitness experience is a bonus
- A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for healthy living
